The basic objectives of research ‘Perceived switching behavioural determinants of credit customers of public bank at Wolaita zone in Ethiopia’ was to investigate the factors which the credit customers consider while switching to other banks. The researcher identified the factors that have tobe given high emphasis by management of the bankwhile designing the strategies in credit areas like Price, Banks credibility, Quality of services, Bank Proximity, Promotional Activities, Customer Satisfaction and Cost of Switching.
The research article ‘Performance Evaluation of Select Exchange Traded Funds vis-à-vis Mutual Funds’, explores the risk and return of securities which is very important for an investor to make an investment decision. This also focuses on the performance evaluation of these two funds and on the suitable investment option to be preferred by an investor by comparing both the funds.
Further we have a paper titled ‘Online Marketing in Indian Perspective’, which helps us to understand direct marketing online market creates good relationship between customers to marketers. It studies how the consumers saves time, products availability to the customers and a question “necessity to go and shop?”.
‘Impact of human resources practices on organizational citizenship behaviour’, the research article will give a quick insight towards determination of the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of the employees, the satisfaction level of employees towards Human resource practices and Policies and it also analyzes the implications of Human Resources Practices on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.
Further we have a case study ‘Case : Sterlite Copper Smelting Unit’, which forces us to brainstorm on how Companies like SCSU prone to pollution should be managed, what is the eco system required and to be created for society and business to coexist, Besides the legal remedy are there any options left for SCSU now and Should the company go beyond the mandatory CSR to engage with the society.
